We’re very happy to accept returns for any stock items within 30 days, with a small restocking fee, provided of course that there is no damage to the jewellery. If you aren’t able to provide your Diamond Appraisal Certificate a fee of $150 will be required for another Certificate. Returns on custom made jewellery will be subject to negotiation.

Yes. Very few jewelers offer a free independent valuation for jewellery priced over $2500. Many offer in-house valuations, however I prefer not to have a potential conflict of interest.
