At Waldemar Jewellers, we start by breaking down a jewellery into multiple components to allow our jewellers and craftsmen to fully clean up each part before the assembly. This way, you are assured of a high-quality and polished finish.
These components are printed in wax using rapid prototyping. It is a technique used to fabricate a physical part or assembly using 3D CAD data.
The wax pieces are then cast in gold/ platinum using lost-wax casting process. Lost–wax process is a method of metal casting in which a molten metal is poured into a mold that has been created by means of a wax model.
Once we have the metal components, they are sent to our master jewellers for clean-up and assembly.
